PEKK thermoplastic has excellent mechanical properties, which include high strength, high temperature resistance, toughness and wear resistance, dimensional stability when printing large parts and good dielectric properties over a wide temperature range. These qualities make it a lighter alternative to aluminum and steel. Chemical resistance and minimal outgassing ensure suitability of PEKK material for aerospace applications.
