ASA (acrylonitrile styrene acrylate) is a material designed to replace ABS plastic, with improved impact strength and weather resistance. ASA filament is significantly more resistant to stress cracking than ABS, has an excellent surface finish, is particularly resistant to alcohols, many cleaning agents, oils, dilute acids, gasoline, and retains rich color for a long time.
